Peer to Peer Master Class Returns!
Peer to Peer Master Class powered by The Hatchery is back! The Hatchery kicked off the Fall season with a workshop hosted by Snehaa Krishnan, President of Sky at Emory and second-year MPH Student at Rollins School of Public Health. The theme of this season is Resilience and Snehaa helped participants build their resilience through SKY Meditation, an evidence-backed meditation practice that is proven to reduce stress and improve well-being.
Snehaa did an incredible job weaving together the science behind SKY Meditation and leading participants through a short practice to experience its effects for themselves.
